This weekend, Solvi and I were felled by a bad cold. After a rough night, Solvi was still too sick to go to school today, but feeling well enough to undertake a little project. And so, getting a jump start on the holiday centerpiece, we planted the annual paper whites. But this year we decided to mix it up a bit, with vintage jello molds and tiny succulents.

It is a lovely idea using the vintage jelly molds as containers and succulents. We have paperwhites as well, they are exciting for kids to watch them grow. You can literally see them grow by the hour.
