New on my wish list of white ceramics to add to my collection: these serene pieces by British potter Sue Paraskeva. Discovered via Fen and Ned, Paraskeva hails from the Ilse of Wight, where she creates these fluid vessels by throwing them on a momentum wheel and reduction firing them in a gas kiln. Simple, balanced, and fundamental, her work is equally comforting to hold as it is peaceful to behold.
