How is it that I’ve had a design blog for nearly six months without ever featuring the designs of my friend, Jenna, whose blog I read every day, who gave me my first job as a design blogger, AND who is a kick-ass designer herself? All I can say is, “DUUUUUH!”
Fortunately Jenna’s mouth watering new 2012 calendar finally woke me from my mental stupor. Featuring her sumptuous photographs of culinary delights, this calendar is almost sinful. The perfect decoration, and source of inspiration, for any cook. And lest Jenna’s photos make you too hungry, no need to fret. She and her husband Mark have a scrumptious confection company called Whimsy and Spice. (Remember their marshmallows were one of the essential ingredients in the perfect cup of cocoa?)
Jenna’s kitchen conversion chart (below) is another of my favorites. It comes in a variety of colors, all of which are so great that it’s rather difficult to choose. You can also buy individual prints of many of Jenna’s photos here.

I love her stuff! I’ve got the kitchen conversion chart framed, the dish towel, I order the marshmallows every winter and I send frequent care packages to my family in CA for near any occasion. And yes, the photos and blog are amazing in all respects. Good job Jenna and Mark!
