Remember Aussie Kara Rosenlund’s 1956 Franklin Caravan that I featured last week? Well here it is again – this time shown in action, for a piece that Kara and I prepared for Remodelista. Once again, Kara’s “eye” for vintage Brocante, as well as her styling, are truly inspired.

How I wish this caravan could sprout wings and fly over to some flea markets here. But for now I’ll have to content myself with browsing through Travelling Wares’ online shop.

For more, see Remodelista.

All photography by Kara Rosenlund.

Oh my! It is adorable! Such a lovely mixture of lovely old things. I’ve just been to my first french ‘car boot sale’ (although they call them Vide Grenier) but I didn’t see a caravan as lovely as this one.
